When sending the items back please remember that the item is returned in the same condition as received. If signs of use are present we will return the item back to you without a refund. Signs of use is that the item has been washed, excess hairs are inside the product or dirty or mud stains.
If this is the case when we receive them we will send the item back without a refund.
