When sending the items back please remember that the item is returned in the same condition/s as receive.
If signs of use are present we will return the item back to you without a refund.
Signs of use is that the item has been washed; excess hairs are inside the product i.e. coats if this is the case when we receive them we will send the item back without a refund.
